Returns & refunds

We want you to love your Embera ritual. If you are not completely happy, here is how returns work.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel, email us at hello@emberalondon.com with your order number.

Returning your item

After telling us you wish to cancel, you have 14 days to send the item back. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method within 14 days and email you to confirm.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days at hello@emberalondon.com with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage.

Hygiene and used items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used personal-care items unless they are faulty. This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order.
