We want you to love your Embera. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

30-day returns

You can return unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Your 14-day cancellation right

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Let us know, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.

Hygiene note

For health and hygiene reasons, personal-care devices that have been used or unsealed can only be returned if faulty.

Faulty items

If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. Every device is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
